Mr. Gilmartin concentrates his practice in legal areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing and sale of residential real estate, including, in particular, condominium development. In addition, he represents clients in connection with general business acquisitions and sales. Mr. Gilmartin was raised in Levittown, New York. He is a 1978 graduate of Boston College and a 1981 graduate of New England School of Law. Mr. Gilmartin has been a guest lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Service, Inc., and is a contributing author of its volume entitled Handling Residential Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts. Mr. Gilmartin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.

Mr. Magence has been a guest lecturer for the title insurance industry, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is a contributing author of its volume entitled How to Handle a Residential Real Estate Closing.
Steven A. Ross

He also represents mortgage lenders, buyers and sellers in residential real estate acquisition and financing. Mr. Golden has acted as real estate counsel to various state agencies, particularly in the area of complex title issues. He has lectured previously for the MCLE, Massachusetts Conveyancers Association and the Boston Bar Association and is a member of The Title Standards Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association and a member of The Abstract Club.
